1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1.1. According to this contract, Ray Suit Bungalov is obliged to provide accommodation service at Ray Suit Bungalov upon the request of the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Service’).

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1.1. According to this contract, Ray Suit Bungalov is obliged to provide accommodation service at Ray Suit Bungalov upon the request of the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Service’).
1.2. With the signing of this contract, the Customer; Ray Suit Bungalov will confirm that it has been informed about the accommodation rules, reservation rules and tariffs.
1.3. From the moment this contract is concluded, Ray Suit Bungalov will confirm the Customer's request.
2. FORM OF ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION
2.1. It can be done by calling the reservation line {0537 357 0253 } or by filling out the reservation form on the https://raysuitbungalov.com/ website.
2.2. In case the Customer wants to cancel his/her request or make any changes, he/she can contact Ray Suit Bungalov's Reservation Office at {0537 357 0253 } or send an e-mail to the e-mail address and request a change by specifying the date on which the change is desired.
2.3. If the Customer wants to cancel his/her request and receive the remaining amount after the deduction of the fee; he/she must cancel his/her reservation at least 15 days before the accommodation date. (Article 4.1)
2.4. The Customer must submit a request to Ray Suit Bungalov to make changes to their reservation at least 15 days before the service date of Ray Suit Bungalov. In case of cancellation, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded to the Customer. If there are less than 15 days left until the reservation date, no refund will be made. (Article 2.5)
2.5. Reservation changes (number of people, room type) will be made at the quota prices appropriate to the conditions of the day the change is requested.
2.6. With this contract, the Customer accepts, declares and undertakes that if they make/want to make changes to the reservation during the period when the special discount is applied during the registration, the reservation will be made by taking into account the prices applied during the date the said reservation change request is confirmed.
2.7. The discount for children will be applied if they stay in the same room with their parents. The age of the child stated by the Customer during the reservation registration will be taken into account. If it is determined that the child's age is different from the age stated in the ID requested by the authorized person during the reservation registration, the necessary changes will be made to the reservation and the Customer will cover the fee difference arising from this.
3. PAYMENT METHOD
3.1. The Customer will enter his/her own credit card information into the system during payments made by credit card through the Online reservation system.
3.2. The Customer will be able to make the reservation payment by credit card in one payment or according to the installment options applied by contracted banks. If the Customer chooses to pay in installments, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the maturity difference in the installment options in advance.
3.3. Ray Suit Bungalov accepts and declares that the credit card information and the system in which the information is provided are under the protection of a special security system that prevents the information from being viewed or copied in any way and under any circumstances. Ray Suit Bungalov will also not cover and will not be held responsible in any way for any damages that may occur due to information, documents and secrets being learned by third parties due to harmful programs and similar program systems originating from the Customer's computer and the Customer's carelessness.
